General Illness: We recognize students will get other illnesses throughout the school year such as strep throat, conjunctivitis, stomach bug, and the flu. If your child does not meet criteria for covid testing, they still need to stay home if they have symptoms of illness until they resolve and are fever free for a minimum of 24 hours.
If your child is covid positive, please notify the nurse during school hours 822-9426 x 213 or or email: struzinskibrianna@coventryschools.net as soon as possible. This will help us quickly identify any close contacts.
RIDOH Playbook: ASFMS will follow the K-12 Playbook. https://www.ride.ri.gov/Portals/0/Uploads/Documents/COVID19/OutbreakResponseProtocolsPK12.pdf?ver=2021-01-06-180221-893
Daily Medication/Health Needs:
If your child will need to take medication during school hours, please contact the school nurse and a physician's order will be required. If your child has any health needs, please contact the nurse so we can create an appropriate plan of care.
School Physical and Immunization:
Please send in your child’s most recent physical and immunization documentation to the nurse.
